Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Quollie's AI sales agent platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Use License
Quollie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the Service for your business purposes
- Integrate the AI sales agent widget on your website
- Collect and manage leads through our platform
- Configure and customize your AI agent's responses
This license does NOT permit you to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer, sublicense, or resell access to the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the security of your account and password
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Service. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Payment and Billing
If you choose a paid subscription:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Collect user data without consent
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Service (including AI agent configurations, training data, and collected leads). By using the Service, you grant Quollie a license to use this content solely to provide and improve our services.
Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quollie and protected by international copyright laws.
Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quollie disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
Quollie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Quollie in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quollie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- At our sole discretion for any other reason
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quollie regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
